The ground-floor entrance is into the living room, furnished with sofa and TV, well-equipped kitchenette, outdoor access to the balcony with washing machine and washstand. An air-conditioned corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 2 bedrooms, including 1 double and 1 twin, and to the shower room.

Also in the area outside the basement there are washroom and outdoor shower.

The interior of the basement floor consists of a single room divided by a curtain. At the entrance there is 1 sofa bed, while beyond the curtain is the sleeping area with 1 double bed, TV and en suite bathroom. There is no air conditioning on this floor.
