The villa has two spacious gardens: the first at the front, with equipped verandas and outdoor stairs leading to the second floor, the second at the back equipped with a brick barbecue and washing machine. There are shady areas in the gardens for relaxing in the cool air.

Each 2-room apartment has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with open kitchen and 1 single sofa bed, 1 quad bedroom and 1 bathroom complete with shower stall.

Being all the same, the two-room apartments accommodate a total of 20 beds.
