A gate allows access to a paved patio useful for parking the car and taking a shower outside, when returning from the sea.

Convenient stairs lead to the second floor, where the apartment is developed. The entrance is into a large living room with 1 double sofa bed, dining room, TV and outdoor access to balcony where there are sofas and coffee table for relaxing.

From the living room you go to the kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, dining room, TV and outdoor access to a courtyard equipped with washstand, washing machine, table and chairs.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, consisting of 1 triple bedroom with double bed + single bed, 1 double bedroom and a full shower room.

The air conditioning is centralized and cools all rooms.
