Its rooms are spacious and bright. It consists of a large dining room with sofa and tv, kitchen, corridor leading to the sleeping area that consists of 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The bedrooms are 1 twin bedroom and 2 triple bedrooms with double bed and twin-sized bed. The bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets and gratings.

Moreover, there is a large yard accessible from a private street, with barbecue, parking for two cars, outdoor showes, the second full bathroom with washing machine and a storage room.

The apartment is within walking distance from the beach, with beach establishments. In San Pietro there are the main commercial and tourist services. Morever, there are two worth visiting nature oasis: the mouth of Chidro river and the nature reserve of Salina dei Monaci.
