Borgo Il Poeta is an authentic ancient village, dating back to 1500, now transformed into a cozy and charming village of luxury vacation homes for unforgettable stays in the green heart of Italy, between Umbria and Tuscany.

The complex consists of 6 vacation homes of different types, all super-equipped. The village is then enriched by swimming pool with solarium, restaurant, gym, reception services etc.

The group of houses Borgo Il Poeta dates back to the 1500s, grown around a military tower built along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, on the Umbrian side.

The pretty chapel dedicated to Santa Lucia dates back to 1707, a building that completed the gradual growth of the residential settlement: a real village, now reborn with a tourist and hospitality vocation, a perfect place to go and discover the beauty of the hinterland.

The vacation homes that make up the village are 6, each with features that make it unique, all equipped with the most modern comforts, to make your stay comfortable but at the same time wrapped in the charm of history.

Casa Tettoia offers up to 8 beds, on an area of 251 square meters.

Casa Monte sleeps up to 6/7 people on an area of 217 square meters.

Casa Loggia sleeps up to 6 people, on an area of 223 square meters.

Casa Torre also sleeps up to 6 people, over an area of 186 square meters.

Finally there are Casa Santa Lucia and La Casetta, both perfect for groups of 2 to 4 people.

The borgo is located 4 km from the Niccone Valley and on the "Strada del Vino". The borgo stands on the country path called Borgo Il Poeta, overlooking the Upper Tiber Valley halfway between Città di Castello and Umbertide, opposite the beautiful medieval village of Montone (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy).
