Casa Jonica is located at the end of a street leading to the sea. The cottage is fenced and equipped with a video surveillance system. The gate gives access into a furnished outdoor space, from which one passes to the sea view porch. Here the veranda, with direct access to the beach, is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, and with outdoor sitting area to enjoy spectacular sea sunsets.

The interiors of Casa Jonica are airy and bright, simply furnished and perfect as a beach vacation home. The cottage opens with a large equipped living room: here there is 1 double sofa bed, fireplace and sitting area with TV plus dining area. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchenette, in which there is also a washing machine.

From the living room you go to the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms: 1 double with sofa bed and en suite shower bathroom, 1 double bedroom and 1 quadruple with double bed plus two single beds. Completing the interior is the second shower room.

Outside there is a courtyard accessorized with stack and outdoor shower, from which there is access to the second shower room with toilet only. Casa Jonica is equipped with air conditioning in the living room.

The stretch in front of the house is a free beach, while the first equipped lidos are a short walk away, walking directly on the shoreline. Among other Salento destinations famous for the sea, Porto Cesareo is only 20 km away.
