The holiday home is on the upper floor of the building, accessible from the living room of the apartment on the ground floor. The open space of the loft is a true gem.

The loft was made with attention to details and it consists of a double bed and sofa bed for two guests, a small kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.

The stairs in the open space take to the pertinent garden, equipped with an outdoor dining area and lounge area, in addition to a small barbecue. Moreover, the holiday home is equipped with accessories such as internet, air conditioning, tv and stereo.

Dimora Santi Mancuso Loft is a complex of two holiday homes in an ancient building in the old town centre of Presicce, a lovely town with underground olive oil mills, churches, squares and buildings. It's close to other villages such as Specchia (7 km away) and Alessano, 8 kilometers away, but also to the sandy beaches of Lido Marini, Torre Pali, Torre Mozza (13 km), Pescoluse (10 km) and Leuca (16 km).
