An outdoor shower, slide, and swing are available, with pool maintenance managed by the owner/gardener. The house is equipped with air conditioning and heating, available only from 15.Oct. to 15.Apr. Bicycles (3) and children's bicycles (2) are provided. Access to the grounds is via a 100 m long bumpy motor path. On-site parking is available.
