The property features comfortable furnishings: on the lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, there is one double bedroom equipped with a shower/WC and air conditioning, with direct access to the garden. The upper floor, reached by an exterior staircase, includes a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, satellite TV, and air conditioning, with an exit to the terrace. There is also one double bedroom. The open kitchen is equipped with four hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, and WC. Air conditioning is available at an extra cost, but there is no heating option. The terrace is roofed and furnished with terrace furniture and two deck chairs. Additional facilities include a safe.
