Maresidence is a residential vacation complex in Torre Pali on the Salento Sea. The residence consists of 20 properties of different types such as two-room apartments, studios, and simple double and triple rooms. Pets are allowed with a small surcharge.

Maresidence is a recently remodeled, simple and very cozy facility, perfect for spending beach vacations in Salento. The residence is on three levels and offers outdoor spaces equipped with garden furniture for spending time outdoors.

The two-room apartments are five, offer 4 beds each and have 1 living room kitchen with double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The studios are six, offering 4 beds each with double bed + double pull-out bed and shower room.

There are three triple rooms , furnished with double + single bed and complemented by private shower room. There are five double rooms, all complete with private shower room.

All are air-conditioned. It is possible to add a crib upon request, at extra charge.

All Maresidence guests have a 10 percent discount for lunches and dinners at La Stella di Mare restaurant.
