Derived from an old farmhouse, the three-room apartment today is a modern, cozy structure. The fireplace in the hall and the "neviera" located in the area in front of the entrance, protected by thick glass, remain from the historic rural dwelling: it was once used to collect ice and snow during the winter months.

The interior of the three-room apartment has an entrance into a living room with 1 double sofa bed, fireplace and dining room. From here one passes to the kitchenette.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a kitchenette and en suite shower room. A second full bathroom completes the house.
