Piccola Masseria Pozzi is a charming mansion for luxury vacations in Upper Salento, in the countryside of Manduria. The ancient masseria, equipped with swimming pool and solarium and all modern comforts, offers up to 12 beds.

The extensive garden frames the beautiful swimming pool, around which as small oases there are sofas, loungers, and shaded corners for relaxation.

The space around the farmhouse is extensive, divided into various areas intended for relaxation, outdoor lunch or dinner, paths between dry stone walls and orchard.

Near the pool, a lovely brick gazebo is shaded and furnished with lounges. Next to it, kitchenette with oven for roasts or pizza. Finally, there are 2 full outdoor bathrooms.

The main structure of Piccola Masseria Pozzi has two floors and is complemented by an annex.

On the ground floor, a shaded porch leads into the living room with open kitchen, TV and air conditioning, where there is also 1 double sofa bed.

Completing the ground floor are 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning, and a shower room.

An external staircase leads up to the second floor where there is the fourth double bedroom with a large panoramic terrace with leccese stone balustrade overlooking the surrounding countryside. The room has an open shower, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, mini fridge and TV.

The dependance suite is located in the pool area. It is furnished with an extra large double bed, has an in-room Jacuzzi, bathroom with shower stall.

The Piccola Masseria Pozzi is located in Manduria a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Taranto's Ionian arch, immersed in the countryside where the vineyards of Primitivo di Manduria doc mark the landscape giving postcard-size views.

The historic center of Manduria is very well-kept and characteristic. We recommend visits to the wine cellars and archaeological sites in the area, of ancient Messapian origin.
