Podere Petricore

Podere Petricore is a complex of 3 vacation homes in the Torre Lapillo area, on an estate immersed in the quiet countryside just a few minutes from the beaches and the sea.

Autonomous and independent, the three vacation homes offer 2, 4 and 6 beds respectively, for a total of 12 people.

All solutions are equipped with air conditioning, heating, TV, mosquito nets, wi-fi internet. Shared parking and outdoor shower.

Podere Petricore is an old farmhouse from the early '900s located along the bucolic streets of the rural village of Boncore. The name is a romantic tribute to the smell of the earth after the rain,"petricore" in the local dialect.

A careful renovation has brought to new splendor the two original units, the peasant's dwelling and the stable for the animals, which are now offered as vacation solutions with all the comforts.

The 3 vacation homes are tastefully furnished with details reminiscent of rural Salento. They stand in a beautiful well-kept garden, partly paved and equipped for relaxation and introduced by a shared driveway, where parking is located.

Each house is introduced by pertinent shaded verandas furnished with table and chairs.

Under the evocative vaults of the old barn are the one-room apartment that sleeps 2 and the two-room apartment that sleeps 4. The 3-room apartment sleeps 6 stands in what used to be the old rural house and features two kitchenettes and two bathrooms.

All rooms in the houses are air conditioned.
