Villa Armida is one of the three vacation homes that make up the Residenza Artistica complex in Torre Chianca.

Completely fenced in, it has a large wooden gate from which you enter the property.

The back of the garden is equipped with a brick barbecue and outdoor shower, very useful when returning from the nearby beach. A spacious veranda is equipped for outdoor dining.

The interior of Villa Armida is elevated by a few steps. The entrance is a large living roomwith 1 double sofa bed. From here a staircase leads to the furnished terrace with a sea view.

Next to the living room is a spacious , well-equipped kitchen . Here there is also 1 single sofa bed.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, the first with a very special en suite shower room, recessed natural wood fixtures and frescoed walls with a nautical theme, the second with an exposed washbasin and bidet. Completing Villa Armida is the third bathroom with shower stall and washing machine.

The villa's garden, when necessary, can be communicating with that of the Artist's Dependance. Otherwise the two units are autonomous and independent.
