This area also provides access to the balcony. The bathroom includes a shower and WC. On the lower ground floor, there are two double bedrooms with access to the garden. The bathroom on this level features a hip bath, bidet, and WC. The property is heated with gas, available from October 15 to April 15. Floors are made of natural stone. The large balcony and small garden of 20 m2 are furnished with balcony furniture and two deck chairs. The property offers a stunning panoramic view of the lake, mountains, and resort.
