There are two additional rooms, each with two beds, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, also with terrace access. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, with an exit to the terrace. The property includes a shower, bidet, WC, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there is another living room with a dining table, a double bedroom, and a room with two beds. A small, open kitchen with an oven and four gas rings is also available, along with a shower, bidet, and WC. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating is not available in all rooms. Guests can enjoy two large terraces furnished with terrace furniture and five deck chairs, offering a stunning panoramic view of the sea, countryside, bay, and town. Additional facilities include a children's high chair and a baby cot (available for an extra charge). Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
