Villetta Sinfonia 2 is a brand new villa with pool and garden, perfect for vacations just 750 meters from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna on the Ionian Sea.

There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, electric oven, coffee maker, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets.

In the large garden, in addition to the beautiful swimming pool with sun loungers, there is also a brick barbecue , outdoor shower, parking lots, and outdoor dining/relaxation area.

Sinfonia 2 is one of the two self-contained and independent villas with pool that form Tenuta Sinfonia delle Onde, in the countryside of Manduria.

The cottage has a separate entrance that leads into a large outdoor area with parking and brick barbecue.

The pool area is spacious, well maintained, furnished with deck chairs for sunbathing and equipped with an outdoor shower. Next to the pool is a spacious veranda furnished for outdoor dining.

The interiors of Sinfonia 2 consist of living room with gas stove and dining room with table, chairs, TV and air conditioner.

The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, all with TV and air conditioning. Completing the cottage are 2 shower rooms.

Outside there are, in addition, a storage room and a service bathroom with toilet, sink and shower stall.
