Refined holiday home for 6 guests, in a beautiful estate with swimming pool in Urmo Belsito, 2 kilometers away from the beaches of San Pietro in Bevagna, in the green countryside of Avetrana. The swimming pool with solarium and outdoor shower is shared with the guests of the other two units.

The Suite is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, barbecue, parking, hair-dryer, mosquito nets, electric oven and microwave oven. Pets are allowed.

The holiday home is introduced by a typical porch with wooden and bamboo covering, with outdoor dining area and wicker outdoor lounge.

The rooms are refined, basic but cozy. The holiday home opens into a large living room with kitchen, dining area and double sofa bed with pull-out mattress. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, one of which with ensuite bathroom and the second full bathroom with double sink.

In the shared big garden, there are a swimming pool with solarium, gazebo, outdoor shower and parking.
