The estate is located in the countryside of Casarano and was born from the wise recovery of ancient rural dwellings and original materials, using traditional building techniques revisited in a contemporary way.

The three homes equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet and various amenities accommodate up to 12 people in all.

Centuries-old olive trees define and shape the setting to the prestigious estate that covers an area of more than 10 thousand square meters.

The lush Mediterranean garden guards the large pool on the edges of which are solarium and patio furnished with comfortable armchairs, deckchairs and small tables. The exteriors are accessorized with barbecues for preparing excellent grills during the days by the pool, and an outdoor shower.

Tenuta Gianfredi consists of 3 independent old rural houses, renovated with contemporary elements. Trait d'union between the vacation homes is the traditional ochre-colored flooring. The white lime plastering of the interiors allows the original stones of the walls to emerge in all their beauty.

The simple yet refined furnishings play on the combination of salvaged pieces and others of contemporary design, with colors that recall the surrounding landscape.

Tenuta Gianfredi consists of three independent units.

The main house consists of an airy living room with wicker sitting room and dining room, a shower room serving the living area, the adjacent kitchen equipped with all the essentials such as electric oven and dishwasher to cook in joy during vacations in Puglia with family or friends. The hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms and a shower room.

The second vacation house of the estate, built dry as traditionally, is located near the pool and consists of 1 double bedroom and a shower room.

The third unit, also built in stone, includes a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a small double room with bunk beds, plus a shower room.

The estate is fully fenced and has ample parking inside the property.
