Tenuta Pietraviva is a complex of 2 exclusive vacation homes, rentable individually, where you can spend relaxing vacations by the pool, in the cool of the pine forest, in the area of Campomarino di Maruggio.

The two vacation homes sleep 5 each and are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, TV, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc.

One of the two houses also has a washing machine and electric oven (pine forest view).

Indoor parking, swimming pool and solarium, outdoor shower, and relaxation areas are shared. Pets are allowed.

The estate is fully fenced. A driveway leads to the two self-contained and independent vacation homes, one on the pool side, the other facing the pine forest.

The pool is the property's strong point, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas for sunbathing and a lovely gazebo that provides shade for comfortable tables. This area is available to all guests.

The pine forest is the most fragrant and cool place to relax on the hammock.

The pine forest front house consists of a kitchen/living room, sitting room, 2 double bedrooms and 1 shower room.

The pool area house consists of eat-in kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 shower room, plus an annex where there are 1 double bedroom and en suite bathroom.

Also available to guests are 2 pouf beds.

All rooms are air-conditioned.

The two dwellings are refined and furnished in a contemporary but at the same time characteristic style, with design elements in perfect harmony with those of tradition.

Tenuta Pietraviva is located in the countryside, in the locality of Ranca, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of the Taranto Ionian arch, Campomarino di Maruggio and the center of the small village of Maruggio. The nearest beach is Ayala Beach.

Maruggio is a pretty town in the province of Taranto, situated in a valley at the foot of the Murge Tarantine, rich in olive trees and vineyards. The historic center dating back to the Middle Ages is listed among the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy."
