Tenuta Primaterra

Tenuta Primaterra is a B&B with swimming pool in Otranto, in the lush green countryside of Borgagne, very close to the beaches of the Adriatic and Alimini Lakes.

The villa with pool is offers a total of 4 double rooms, sleeping 8 people in total.

Each room has independent access, full bathroom shower, air conditioning, wi-fi internet, TV, refrigerator, hairdryer and mosquito nets. Breakfast is served in the garden, every morning, in the shade of a lovely porch, and is included in the price.

Surrounded by the greenery of nature, wrapped in the fragrant Mediterranean essences, the bed and breakfast in Tenuta Primaterra has a large garden full of plants and trees, in which opens the large swimming pool equipped with solarium, deckchairs and sunbeds, all available to guests of the B&B.

Next to the pool is the shady porch, furnished with tables and chairs, where a fresh breakfast is served every morning.

There are four rooms in all, with independent access and complete with en suite shower rooms, which can also be rented all together for large groups. There is one on the ground floor, while the other three are on the second floor.

All rooms have air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, mosquito nets, wi-fi internet coverage.

Tenuta Primaterra B&B is located in the countryside of Borgagne, a small and pretty village, a hamlet of Melendugno, but very close to the Adriatic coast of the Otranto area, particularly a few minutes from the Alimini beaches.

In a few minutes by car you can reach some of the most famous Salento resorts on the Adriatic coast, such as the marinas of Melendugno Torre dell'Orso, San Foca, Roca Vecchia and Torre Sant'Andrea with its beautiful stacks.

The sea at Laghi Alimini can be reached by car in 5 minutes as it is about 6 km away. Even the nearby towns can be reached in a few minutes by car, to find all the main services.
