The terrace, partly covered with a pergola, is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, outdoor shower, comfortable sofas and outdoor sitting area with breathtaking views.

The living area consists of a nicely furnished living room with a double sofa bed and TV, connected to the livable, air-conditioned kitchen , equipped with induction cooktop and made bright by the large window leading to the terrace.

The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and 1 triple bedroom with 1 bunk bed + 1 rollaway bed. Both rooms overlook a small balcony. The apartment is completed by 2 shower rooms, one on the floor and another located halfway up the stairs.

Air conditioning is present in the kitchen and living room.
