Theground floor is introduced by a spacious porch with table and chairs. The villa opens into a dining room, a big living room with sofa and the well-equipped kitchen.

On this floor there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, one of which is ensuite. In the rooms there are air conditioning and tv. The true gem of the ground floor is the charateristic grotto with heated swimming pool and chromotherapy.
