An automatic gate provides access to Tenuta di Uma, the large estate of which two independent villas are part. Follow a long driveway to reach the entrance of Villa Uma and access the fenced garden of exclusive property.

Brand new and sparkling, the villa has afurnished pool area with sun loungers for the solarium, equipped with an outdoor shower and with an outdoor bathroom.

The large veranda overlooking the pool, with characteristic exposed stones reminiscent of Apulian rural architecture, is furnished with design elements with relaxing armchairs, dining table and chairs, and equipped with an outdoor kitchenette.

The interiors consist of a spacious living room with modern kitchen, 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning and TV, 2 hallways furnished with 2 double sofa beds, air conditioning and TV.
