It's entirely fenced, with large outdoor equipped areas, the two-floor villa was built in 2020 and it's the ideal solution for a luxury holiday in a villa with swimming pool with family or friends, near the beaches and the nightlife of Gallipoli.

The swimming pool is heated and is framed by the beach beds and an outdoor lounge area. Moreover, there is a bathroom and an outdoor shower. The furnished porch, ideal at lunch or dinner, overlooks the swimming pool. The villa is equipped with a barbecue.
