Villa Gianfredi with 6 beds is located in the countryside of the Gallipoli area and was born from the wise recovery of ancient rural dwellings and original materials, with traditional building techniques revisited in a contemporary way. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi internet and sleeps up to 6 people.

Centuries-old olive trees define and shape the setting for the prestigious villa, which stands on a large estate of more than 10 thousand square meters. The lush Mediterranean garden guards the large pool on the edges of which are solarium and patio furnished with comfortable armchairs, deckchairs and small tables.

The exteriors are accessorized with barbecues for excellent grilling during pool days, and an outdoor shower. The exteriors are shared with guests of 2 other vacation homes on the estate (max 6 people).

Villa Gianfredi consists of a large living room with a wicker sitting room and dining room, with a shower room serving the living area, and the adjacent kitchen equipped with all the essentials such as electric oven and dishwasher for cheerful cooking during vacations in Puglia with family or friends.

The hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms and a shower room. The estate is fully fenced and has ample parking inside the property.

The surroundings of Villa Gianfredi in Casarano

Villa Gianfredi, beautiful luxury house for vacation rental in the area of Gallipoli, is located in Casarano in the Manfio locality, in the green outskirts of olive trees and nature. It is the heart of Salento, and the home is ideal for reaching the sea, both the Ionian and the Adriatic coasts, both about 20 kilometers away.

The nearest beaches , for those wishing to dive into the sea of Puglia, are those of Gallipoli's Baia Verde. The town of Casarano is just 4 kilometers from the villa, and all the main services are located there.

Tenuta Gianfredi

Villa Gianfredi is the main body of an estate with two other housing solutions that embellish this extraordinary structure: a trullo and a pajara. All solutions can be rented either individually or in combination with the villa, independent from the main body, for a total of 12 beds (see Gianfredi Trullo and Gianfredi Pajara sheets).

Within the estate, remote and completely independent, there is another villa with a swimming pool (see tab Villa Satis).
