Villa Giusy is framed by a beautiful and equipped garden with view on the sea. The gate opens into a driveway that takes to the villa, accessible from a few steps. There is a spacious outdoor equipped area with dining area, built-in barbecue, beach beds and outdoor shower.

The villa opens into the hallway of the sleeping area: on the right there is the triple bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. Next to it, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Both rooms have access to the garden.

On the left, the kitchen and laundry room with a bathroom, sink and washing machine. The third bedroom with view on the sea is accessible from the kitchen and it's a four-bed room with double bed and bunk bed.
