External stairs lead to the terrace, the relaxation area par excellence: here is the beautiful swimming pool with sea view, around which are positioned the deckchairs for sunbathing in comfort.

A spacious veranda with a wooden canopy is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining, with a sea view, on the ground floor. From here you enter the house, a real treasure chest of design and characteristic building elements such as the superb barrel and star vaults with exposed stones.

The entrance is into a large living room with sofa, TV, dining room and, next to it, the well-equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area on this level consists of 2 double bedrooms, and completed by a shower room.

At the back of the villa, further down from the ground floor, there is an outbuilding that houses 1 double bedroom and a shower room.
