Villa Ipanema is a villa with swimming pool and amazing sea view on the beaches of Pescoluse. It stands in a panoramic position in Torre Vado, in Lower Salento.

Large windows allow entry to a shaded veranda, from which you enter the eat-in kitchen. The living area is characterized by masonry with exposed stones, typical of Salento's rural architecture.

The sleeping area of Villa Ipanema consists of 4 bedrooms, three of which are doubles and one twin with single beds. Two full shower rooms serve both the living and sleeping areas.

Villa Ipanema stands in a scenic area, just 2 km from the beautiful beaches of Marina di Pescoluse and less than 3 km from Torre Vado, two of the most popular seaside resorts for beach vacations in Salento.

The nearest towns, with all services, are Salve and Morciano di Leuca, just 3.5 km away, but the wonderful Santa Maria di Leuca is also at hand, as it is located only 10 km away.
