The two units of Villa Itaca Garden share the garden and are equipped with accessories such as air conditioning and mosquito nets, internet and video-surveillance system. The washing machine is in the shared laundry area. The villa is ideal for a group of friends or families and the units can be rented singularly or together.

The first apartment is Bilocale Margherita, which consists of a double bedroom with additinoal single bed (and it is possible to add a fourth bed accommodation on the mezzanine floor, with additional charge), kitchenette and bathroom with shower. (For 3/4 guests)

The second holiday home is Appartamento Rosa, which consists of a living room with sofa bed for two guests, kitchen, two double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a triple bedroom. (For 9 guests)
