On the raised ground floor, a beautiful covered terrace with oudoor dining area and an exceptional view on the sea. The villa opens into the spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Moreover, on this floor there are 1 double bedroom in the suggestive "pajara", 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the lower floor there are 2 other bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom a 1 four-bed room divided into two communicating double rooms sharing a bathroom.

The pajara is a characteristic and circular unit made of stone, which is very cool and it's proof of the traditional rural architecture of Salento.
