Villa Maria Clara covers 3500 square meters of garden with a swimming pool in the center and a regulation tennis court. Both of these spaces dedicated to wellness and sports are served by a small, functional changing room with bathroom, located outside.

At the back of the facility, there is a mini pine forest with lawn and a convenient stone oven with barbecue, where you can prepare excellent barbecues under the stars. Completing the environment is a precious white marble table ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.

Villa Maria Clara has cozy and spacious interiors. The property is spread over three levels. The ground floor, introduced by a spacious, well-ventilated veranda furnished with Mediterranean outdoor furniture for chatting and relaxing at any time of day. The house opens with a dining room that seats as many as 13, from which it leads to the well-equipped kitchen.

A hallway leads to the large party room , with a fireplace, musical instruments and comfortable sofas. In this part of the villa there is also a beautiful bedroom overlooking the pool and garden. A hallway on the right side leads from the dining room to the sleeping area consisting of 3 independent bedrooms, two of which have en suite shower rooms, while the third has an adjoining bathroom and whirlpool bath.

On the upper floor of Villa Maria Clara there is a beautiful sea view terrace, accessible via an independent external staircase. Here there is an outbuilding with 1 French bedroom and a shower room. Next to the room is a light roof with sliding glass doors and an interior living room with kitchenette, washing machine and air conditioning.

Finally, in the basement level, which is almost as extensive as the entire first floor, there is a large game room with Italian billiards (no holes) and an additional room with a fully equipped gym. All rooms of Villa Maria Clara are air-conditioned. (The water system is fed by cistern with non-potable water).
