Villa Marodì consists of two units: the main unit (6 bed accommodations) and the outbuilding (4 bed accommodations).

The main unit opens into a large living room with dining area, seating area with sofa, fireplace and flat-screen tv and a sumptuous grand piano. This room has an extraordinary view on the swimming pool, thanks to its glass doors. The spacious and modern well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room. Every room is equipped with air conditioning.

THe sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with French-size bed, accessible from one of the two double bedrooms. Moreover, there are 2 bathrooms with shower. The double bedrooms are equipped with tv into large closets.

The outbuilding consists of a living room with double sofa bed, a modern and well-equipped open kitchen and the dining area. The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. In the garden there is a fully-equipped half bath and an outdoor shower.
