Villa Pizzi

Villa Pizzi is a large house with swimming pool for vacation rental in Puglia, in the countryside of San Donaci. Nestled in a large park among olive trees, vineyards and vegetable garden, in a well-kept estate of more than 500 hectares, the villa is about 4 kilometers from the town.

Equipped with air conditioning, barbecue, bicycles, fireplace, iron and ironing board, crib, DVD player, alarm system, wi-fi internet, washing machine, microwave, parking, heating, solarium, freezer, TV and mosquito nets. It offers up to 10 beds. Pets are allowed.

At the back of the villa is the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by lawn, solarium and shaded areas for relaxing during the hottest hours of the day. The large vacation home for groups is arranged on two levels and introduced by a large wooden porch, in the shade of which there are well-equipped spaces with garden furniture for outdoor dining and cute swings for the little ones.

The interior of Villa Pizzi is on two levels. On the first floor there is a majestic open-plan room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room with TV and sofa plus reading corner near the fireplace. In the basement is a storage area with laundry.

The sleeping area is divided between the ground floor and the upper floor, and consists in total of 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are double and 1 quadruple with double bed + two single beds. There is a shower room on each floor.

Villa Pizzi is located between Lecce and Brindisi, equidistant from the Ionian and Adriatic Seas. Guests at Villa Pizzi can pick produce from the garden to experience the unique flavor ofzero-mile organic farming and enjoy fresh eggs from the chicken every morning.

Upon request, there is the possibility of having catering service, organizing fishing-tourism trips and visits to the San Donaci social winery.
