The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, tv in the rooms, coffee machine, electric and microwave oven, kettle, barbecue with wood-burning oven, hydromassage tub, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, foosball under the porch, solarium. Pets are allowed with additional fee.

The electric gate opens into the garden. The oval-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by the well-kept lawn. Next to the swimming pool there is majestic porch with outdoor seating area and foosball.

The villa is divided into two units. The sleeping area of the main unit consists of 1 twin bedroom under star-vaulted ceiling, a double bedroom under barrel-vaulted ceiling and 1 bathroom with shower.

The living room is under barrel-vaulted ceilings with beautiful chandeliers, dining area, sofas, fireplace and open kitchen, in addition to the bathroom with hydromassage tub and laundry area.

The outbuilding is in the garden, by the swimming pool and the barbecue. It consists of a double bedroom under wooden ceiling, mini-bar and bathroom with hydromassage shower.
