The villa consists of airy, cozy and well-furnished rooms: the living room with sofas, tv and dining area, a well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave oven and bathroom with shower. At the back of the kitchenette there is a laundry area with washing machine, sink and two fridges.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and two washbasins, a twin bedroom, a four-bed room with double bed and two twin beds. Moreover, there is another bathroom with shower.

The villa is a short drive away from other famous seaside locations of Salento such as Le Cesine, San Foca, Torre dell'Orso and the other seaside locations in the area of Melendugno.
