Villa Teresa is in a 9.000-square-meter garden, with olive trees and pergolas, Mediterranean vegetation and pine forest and it's ideal for a holiday in the garden, thanks to its many outdoor equipped areas where you can relaxing during the Summer evenings.

The characteristic stone benches that date back to the '800 are still intact. The outdoor fenced area, which is shadowed and well equipped, allows you to bring your pet or have lunch or dinner near the barbecue area.

You will be welcomed in a suggestive room with barrel-vaulted ceiling and exposed stones, that is the entrance of the 250 sqm villa. The living room is divided into a seating area with sofas by the fireplace and a spacious dining area. Moreover, there is a super-equipped kitchen and a broom closet.

The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, two of which are double bedrooms and one with sofa bed for two guests. Every bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets and two of them have direct access to the garden.
