From the pool area, complete with sun loungers and deck chairs for the solarium, there is an exceptional view of the Valle d'Itria. Next to it, a beautiful wooden gazebo in the shade of trees is a relaxing oasis of shade.

A large veranda with a wooden canopy is furnished for outdoor dining thanks to the square table and wooden benches, and equipped with a useful electric oven built into the wall.

The first unit consists of a large living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining room from which there is access to the kitchen. The sleeping area of this main unit consists of 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms, and completed by 1 shower room.

The second unit is an annex with living area and double sofa bed, plus en suite shower room.
