Villetta Federica is located just 200 meters from the sea and is fully fenced ensuring maximum privacy. The vacation home is accessible by a flight of stairs surrounded by a well-kept pertaining garden .

There is a lovely sitting area under the foliage of the trees, to spend pleasant moments in the cool during the hottest hours of the day, and a veranda equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, also using the barbecue to prepare tasty grills.

The interiors of the cottage, just a few meters from the sea, open onto a large living room with a wooden table and designer chairs, a cool room furnished with simplicity and sophistication. Joined to the dining room is the living room with comfortable double sofa bed and bathroom.

A small corridor leads to the master bedroom, with built-in closet and glass window overlooking the garden and outdoor shower, to the bathroom with shower and to the bright kitchen, equipped with all the essentials. There is also a service bathroom, which serves as a utility room with washing machine.

Villetta Federica is one of our vacation homes in Lower Salento, in Leuca, just 200 meters from the sea. For those who want all the services available, equipped lidos such as Lido Azzurro, and the lido of the historic Hotel Rizzieri are also very close. A few meters from the villetta is the waterfront, with the splendid historic villas, the marina and many places such as bars and restaurants. Dominating the horizon is the southeasternmost lighthouse in Italy, with the shrine of Santa Maria di Leuca and the monumental waterfall, all of which are worth visiting and within walking distance. Also recommended are boat trips to discover the many sea caves on the Leuca coast.
