Villetta Telli is a 7-bed vacation home just 300 meters from the beach of San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian coast of Salento characterized by crystal-clear waters, soft sand and dunes scented with Mediterranean scrub.

The house is arranged on two levels. Entrance on the ground floor is into a spacious air-conditioned living room , where there is a double sofa bed and TV. From here you enter the well-equipped kitchen with backyard equipped with outdoor shower, table and chairs, sink. The ground floor is completed by the service bathroom with washing machine.

The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor of Villetta Telli, where there are 1 double bedroom, 1 triple bedroom with single bed + bunk bed, and 1 full shower room. Both rooms have air conditioning and a small balcony.
