Guests have access to a shared property of 20 hectares, featuring a large garden with lawn and trees, a sunbathing area, a natural pond, and a swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 150 cm, available seasonally from 01.Apr. to 29.Oct.). Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, table tennis, a patio, a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The complex offers a reception area, a lounge with TV, internet access, a shared washing machine, and heating available only from 01.Nov. to 29.Mar. Bicycles are available for an extra charge. Linen is changed weekly. On-site parking is provided, along with an e-charging station. A shop is located 2 km away, a supermarket 4 km, a restaurant 2 km, a bus stop 400 m, and the railway station "Empoli" 9 km. The sandy beach "Versilia" is 60 km away, and a golf course is 5 km away.
