It is located on the second floor and is reached by an internal staircase. The house has an entrance to a large living room with dining room, double sofa bed and TV, with a small balcony overlooking the sea. A characteristic arch separates the living area from the kitchenette.

The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms. Also present are 2 shower rooms.

Completing the apartment is a large terrace with sea view that is spread over several levels, with dining area, relaxing lounges and solarium: the perfect place to relax outdoors while enjoying a postcard view.
