Villa La Seta is an entirely fenced estate with electric gate, driveway, lawn and centennial olive trees. At the back of the villa there is a modern swimming pool and, all around it, comfortable beach beds where you can get a tan. Moreover, there is a gazebo with outdoor furniture, the ideal area if you want to relax in the garden.

The two-floor villa is introduced by a big porch with oudoor dining area. On theground floor there are the living room with dining table, sofa, tv and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 full bathroom. On the basement floor there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are double while the third is a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a living room with sofa.
