The apartment with balcony is on the second floor of an apartment complex. It consists of a living room with double sofa bed, kitchenette with induction hob, 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and triple bedroom with double bed and twin-sized bed) and 1 full bathroom.

The holiday home has a balcony with view on the sea and outdoor dining area, accessible from one of the bedrooms. At the back of the complex there is the laundry area with washing machines and sink. From the private gate in the garden it is possible to arrive at the beach.
