The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, toaster, kettle, and freezer, with access to the terrace. There is an additional shower/bidet/WC. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms. On the upper floor, there is a double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and a small room with one bed and a pull-out bed. Another shower/bidet/WC is available, with heating not available in all rooms. The villa boasts a large, roofed terrace of 70 m2, complete with terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and four deck chairs. Guests can enjoy a marvelous panoramic view of the sea. Additional facilities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, and baby cot (extra). Please note: one double bedroom is located outside the main apartment.
