Tenuta La Colonna proposed by us as an independent house is now known as Vinci Residenza La Torretta. This property is divided into three separate apartments, each accessible from the outside and equipped with a kitchenette. Vinci Residenza La Torretta is a detached house located 6 km from the center of Vinci, 25 km from the center of Lucca, and 50 km from the center of Florence. It is situated in a secluded, quiet, and sunny position. The property features a private park of 15,000 m2 and a swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm) available seasonally from May 25 to September 29. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The house is equipped with a central heating system, with heating costs payable on-site, available only from November 1 to April 7. On-site parking is available. It includes one double bedroom and an additional living/dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. There is a shower, bidet, and WC on this level. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features a room with two beds, a double bedroom with a fan, and another living/dining room with a TV and access to a terrace. Additionally, there is another double bedroom and an open gallery with sloping ceilings that accommodates two beds. Two showers, bidet, and WC are available on this floor. The property boasts a large 20 m2 terrace with furniture. Facilities include a mosquito net, a children's high chair, and a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old. Internet access is provided via WiFi. Please note that one pet or dog is allowed. The property is equipped with a smoke alarm and a fire extinguisher.
