-Menu fruits de mer Entrée : salade de poulpe frais avec pommes de terre, céleri croustillant et huile evo Premier plat : Spaghettoni B. Cavalieri avec moules, tomates cerises et un léger parfum de fenouil sauvage ou Linguine avec anchois, pignons de pin, poudre d'olive Taggiasca et pain du pauvre Deuxième plat : baudroie à la Gallipoli ou bar/daurade au parfum méditerranéen avec aneth, tomates cerises, olives et origan.

Dessert au choix :

-Spumone maison Il s'agit d'une glace spéciale, aujourd'hui proposée en couches de différents parfums, à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouve une génoise moelleuse noyée dans de la liqueur amère ou de la liqueur Strega ou de la pâte d'amande. C'était un dessert que seuls les riches pouvaient s'offrir et qui était particulièrement abondant lors des banquets de mariage et des fêtes patronales du Salento. -Pasticciotto au chocolat ou pasticciotto blanc

-Fruttone (Le fruttone est une friandise typique de la province de Lecce, dérivée du pasticciotto, dont l'origine remonte à la ville de Galatina au milieu du XVIIe siècle. Le fruttone est composé d'une pâte brisée fourrée de confiture, généralement de coing (mais il est désormais habituel de mettre de la confiture d'abricot ou de poire), et de pâte d'amande. La couverture de chocolat noir est également une caractéristique indiscernable du fruttone.
