On the first floor there is the living area, with bright rooms dedicated to the living room, dining room and well-equipped kitchen, with direct exit to the garden. Completing the floor is a shower room. In the hallway there are 2 single beds.

The remaining sleeping area is developed on the upper floor, reached by a staircase inside the living room. There are, in addition to the hallway, 3 double bedrooms all with windows, air conditioning and closet, furnished with simplicity and good taste. Also on this floor there is a shower room.
