The two-room apartment is located on the second floor of the Casa Poesia mini-complex. The ground-floor entrance is to a small shared veranda, from which the spiral stairs leading to the house start.

The stairs lead to a small terrace in front overlooking the sea, from which one enters the interior of the house. The kitchen is large and bright, giving access to a second, larger terrace furnished with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. There are also outdoor shower and washing machine here.

The sleeping area is 1 quadruple room furnished with double bed + bunk bed. There are ceiling blades in the bedroom, while air conditioning is in the living room.
