The independent studio Suite is part of a recently built complex. Fully fenced and with an equipped outdoor space, the house is tastefully furnished in Mediterranean colors and is located on the basement floor.

The outdoor space for exclusive use is large and well equipped, with a brick barbecue and small sheltered kitchenette in the covered veranda.

The interior of the studio suite is furnished with 1 double bedroom and complemented by 1 shower room. The third bed can be added with a cot.
